The Fourth
Weekend
Before the third
weekend, we were given a prophetic word:
- At the first weekend the foundation
was laid
- At the second weekend the damp course
was laid
- At the third weekend we must
build
We had seen the original
vision fulfilled, "We would grow and where would the ministry be in three years
time?" Now God had given us a new vision. We must move out, stretch our
horizons and believe him for bigger things. With God all things are possible.

The challenge that
God gave us was to take a step of faith and to bring the ministry ourselves
instead of asking a quest speaker.
We met later in the
year this time - 10 -12 September 1999 and the theme was 'Women Prophets in the
Bible'. During the weekend we met Miriam, Huldah and Deborah. Pat Botwright was with us
again and updated us regarding her work with the
children in Kenya, and
the seminars/workshops this year were: |

- Freedom to Worship
- Stepping out in Faith
- Kidz Stuff
- Women in Leadership
We were all challenged
and strengthened this weekend and grew in our knowledge of Jesus as we took new
steps of faith, knowing we were in a safe place. |
