* Give all paid staff and volunteers clear roles.
Church Response:
All leaders and helpers will
be expected to work within the roles agreed to in their job description. The
leader or helper and the church council will both retain copies of the Job
description.
This may seem somewhat extreme, however this
has proved to be a good discipline for church leadership and very releasing for
the children's and youth workers in the defining of clear roles and objectives
for the work.
