Who is the victim?
Most victims of bullying are children with little or no self-esteem or
confidence, for whatever reason. Perhaps the child:
- Has an ear that sticks out
- Has a stammer
- Is bad at sports
- Is new to the district
- Has a different religion or belief
- Wears different clothes
- Has a different accent
- Has a disability
- Has a different nationality or colour
Bullies can also be victims of bullying and they can often think what
they are doing is just a bit of fun.
