The NT ethic is a Trinitarian ethic. It takes into account
the place of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Without this emphasis any
ethic degenerates into a Unitarian system, which ignores the primacy of the
Saviour and the work of the Spirit of God in the life of the believer.
